Snack and lunch ideas

Our students select one healthy snack to eat in the morning. We usually eat snack around 9:30 a.m. We would really like to help the children develop a routine of healthy snacks to feed our brains in the morning. Cookies, chips and other treats are best after lunch. Some families have asked for some suggestions for snacks and lunches. Here are some ideas for our young learners.
