A few weeks ago, I borrowed a double set of Marble Run. Instantly the students were engaged. It is always interesting to observe who gravitates to the problem solving and building tasks. A few students quickly showed their expertise in the area and others approached and asked if they too could play. The students worked side by side doing many trial and error combinations to see which tubes, slides and pieces fit best together.
To extend our learning our friends in Peel DSB showed us a link to their video of their musical Marble Run. One group mastered the sound Marble Run.
